Your invoice will be sent to you via email when your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
This means that you will receive your invoice a couple of days before your items are delivered - but you don't have to pay before you have received the items.
If you have received the items, but not the invoice, you can easily find it in your Klarna account. You can also get a new one sent to you by contacting Klarna.
It is a good idea to check your inbox after placing an order, to ensure that you have received an order confirmation. If you have received one, you can be sure that you entered your email address correctly, and thus that you will receive the invoice once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
If you haven't received an order confirmation, contact Zizzi's Customer Services to check that your order has gone through.
